Sessions, Fees & Cancellations

The first treatment at our treatment room in Feering, near Colchester, begins with a consultation which enables a reflexology treatment plan to be prepared to suit your needs. 

Following the consultation you will be asked to remove your socks and shoes, and sit on a "zero gravity" reclining reflexology chair.  Your feet will be examined prior to treatment.

Gentle thumb and finger pressure is applied to your feet during the course of a treatment session.  You may experience some tenderness on some reflexes but, most common of all, is a state of rest and healing.

At the end of the treatment we will review it and book any further appointments.  Most people will benefit from drinking water to help flush out from the body any toxins that have been released during treatment.

🍃 Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

If you're unable to attend your appointment, please get in touch as soon as possible.  We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your booking.

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a charge, and late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session.

Treatment fees include your consultation and treatment time and are payable on or before your appointment.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.  Providing adequate notice helps us offer available appointments to other clients who may be waiting to book.
